Exhibitor Application

Exhibitors shall assume full responsibility for any disadvantages or liabilities arising from non-compliance with the exhibition regulations.
Careful review of all terms is required; for inquiries, contact the Secretariat.

Article 2. Exhibitor Application

A. Online application submission required; the exhibition participation contract becomes effective upon approval by the Host, Organizers, or Operating Agency.
However, the Host, Organizers, or Operating Agency reserve the right to reject applications in the event of venue capacity exhaustion or unsuitability of exhibit items.

B. Exhibition participation fee shall be waived; costs for equipment and supplementary facilities beyond standard offerings shall be billed separately.

C. Premium Booth applicants shall deposit a contract down payment (50% of construction fee) within one week of application, with the remaining balance (50%) paid within the designated notice period set by the Host, Organizers, or Operating Agency.

D. Failure to submit required payments within specified deadlines grants the Host, Organizers, or Operating Agency authority to terminate participation agreements; all previously deposited funds shall be strictly non-refundable.

Booth Type

Raw Space Booth (Free)
  • Provision of space only according to requested dimensions.
  • Booth construction, electrical work, and setup execution required through designated venue contractors.
  • Minimum application requirement: 2 units or more.
  • Compliance of all exhibition materials and structures with fire safety laws, structural safety standards, and exhibition regulations mandatory.
  • Full restoration of allocated space to original condition required upon post-event dismantling.

  • Minor nailing and stapling on wooden walls permitted; use of adhesives, paint, and spray lacquer strictly prohibited.

  • Cost Basis: Quoted prices cover booth construction fees only (Selectable upon requesting Raw Space during initial application).
  • Space Fee: Raw Space exhibition participation fee billed separately.
  • Regional Surcharge: 20% regional operations fee (based on total construction cost) applied for exhibitions outside Seoul and Gyeonggi area.
  • Open Sides: Open side counts finalized according to official floor plan layout.
  • Custom Quotes: Inquiries required for booth quantities outside standard specifications prior to application execution.
